NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Voices for Nicholls Incorporated will be held:

• Date: 9^th December 2025

• Time: 6:00 pm

• Location: Meeting will be on-line via Microsoft Teams

This notice is made to members in accordance with Rule 30 of the Model Rules. 

• Members who wish to attend or vote on-line should contact Sue Kent at [email protected] for an email link to the meeting

AGENDA

1. Opening and Apologies:

   • Welcome and confirmation of quorum.

   • Apologies from members who cannot attend.

2. Confirmation of Previous Minutes:

   • To confirm the minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting.

3. Reports:

   • To receive the Committee's report for the financial year ending 2024/2025.

   • To receive the Treasurer's financial report for the financial year ending 2024/2025.

4. Elections:

   • To elect the Committee for the upcoming year, in accordance with the Model Rules.

5. Other Business:

   • To consider any other business of which notice has been given in accordance with the Rules.
